Correction

We reported on page 1 of last week’s issue that a fishing clinic would be held May 7 at the park pond at Veterans Park in Newcastle. The clinic was rescheduled by the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation and was not held at this time. We regret this error and any inconvenience it may have caused. The City of Newcastle tells us that ODWC had the wrong date originally, but it was changed. The fishing clinic will now be held on the same day as the City’s annual Fishing Derby on June 11.
