FFA officers dare to be different
Officers of the Newcastle FFA chapter participated in the 2018 Oklahoma FFA Chapter Officer Leadership Training Conference Sept. 4 at the Embassy Suites in Norman.
The eight state FFA officers planned and conducted this year’s conference based on the theme, “Level Up”. Dustin Galyon, Hesston, Kansas, was the keynote speaker for the conference. Galyon is an accomplished professional speaker and leadership coach. He is also currently the head men’s basketball coach at Hesston College.
“The reason Oklahoma FFA is so successful is because we are always striving to move forward and take our leadership goals to the next level,” said Cole Eschete, state FF A president.
“We want to make sure that Oklahoma FFA chapter officers are willing to go above and beyond to “Level Up” in order to make the most out of their leadership journey”.
