•NFD reaches $325,000 toward their desired goal to build a new fire station. The city has been saving $12,500.00 per month to help reach the goal.
•No action taken on medical marijuana ordinances.
• City is showing an increase in sales tax.
• A new oil well site has been approved to begin construction on SW 24th and US 62.
• The city council unanimously approved the hiring of former Moore city manager Steve Eddy, as a consultant to aid in the [pursuit of help hiring a new city manager.. The city will pay Moore $95.00 per hour for his services. All resumes will be forwarded to Eddy as well as Mayor Gene Reid.
