We reported in last week’s issue of the Newcastle Pacer that the Newcastle Racer baseball team was rained out from playing Lindsay on Tuesday, April 25. This was in error. The game was played and the Racers beat Lindsay, 6-2.
The following persons have been charged by the State of Oklahoma with traffic or other violations or have filed other court actions in McClain County District Court between April 20-26, 2023.
N ewcastle Mayor Karl Nail has served the City since August 2006 when he filled a seat left vacant upon the death of Councilman Wes Wilson. Nail was sworn-in at the September meeting that year.
Lunch is served for a $5 donation at the Newcastle Senior Citizen’s Center each week.
