The City of Newcastle Parks & Recreation department said something magical is Popping up in Veterans Park from 1-3 p.m. Thursday, October 15.
Potter in the Park is set for that day, so area witches and wizards are asked to grab their wands, and at no cost, enjoy an afternoon of games, crafts, Butterbeer, and fun.
