Strong leaders don’t just keep good work moving forward. They inspire others, build momentum, and help shape a brighter future for everyone.

However, communities can’t rely on the same people forever. If we want our towns to remain vibrant and resilient, we must also identify, encourage, and invest in the next generation of leaders.
