Chairman Terry Daniel called the meeting to order and led the flag salute. Wilson Lyles moved to approve the District Two’s 2027 REAP Grant Application, including a Cash Leverage commitment in the amount of $63,475.00 and In-Kind Leverage, and identifying the project as High Ave. HWY 74B – 250th and Santa Fe HWY 74B – 260th, as approved on June 8, 2026 in the 5-year plan, Glen Murray seconded. Vote Aye: Murray, Lyles, Daniel. Motion carried.
No action taken concerning the countywide burn ban.
Matt Graves provided the Board with an update concerning the construction of the new Election Board Facility and advised that, due to additional information regarding the site utilities bids, the bidding process will be postponed 1-2 weeks.
