This year’s McClain County Free Fair is commemorating its Centennial, and it will be held September 10-12 in Purcell.
Oklahoma State McClain County Extension Educators, along with McClain County OHCE members will be hosting demonstrations this year. Along with the demonstrations, they will be testing your pressure canner gauge at the McClain County Farm and Home Building at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday September 12. Annual testing is recommended for safe operation and food safety.
Please only bring your pressure canner lid with gauge to be tested.
