Zeka named to WSU Dean’s Honor Roll
Wichita State University has announced the names of more than 3,650 students who were on the WSU Dean’s Honor Roll for spring 2026. Among those listed is Kaleb Zeka of Newcastle.
To be included on the dean’s honor roll, a student must be enrolled full time (at least 12 credit hours) and earn at least a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
Wichita State University is Kansas’ only urban public research university, enrolling more than 23,000 students between its main campus and WSU Tech, including students from every state in the U.S. and more than 100 countries.
Miller named to honor roll at ‘Ole Miss’ Madison Miller, of Newcastle, was named to the University of Mississippi’s Spring 2026 Honor Roll lists.
Miller, in the B.S.C.J. in Criminal Justice program, was named to the Chancellor’s Honor Roll, which is reserved for students who earn a semester GPA of 3.75-4.00.
“These students have achieved at the highest academic level, and we are proud to recognize them on the Chancellor’s Honor Roll,” Chancellor Glenn Boyce said. “They are exceptional scholars, and their dedication and achievement is reflected in this designation.”
To be eligible for honor roll designation, a student must have completed at least 12 graded hours for the semester and may not be on academic probation during the semester.
