No. 59 June 25, 2026 1 time Board of McClain County Commissioners met in regular session on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 8:18 a.m. in Room 111 of the McClain County Courthouse. Chairman Wilson Lyles called the meeting to order and led the flag salute. County Clerk Rebekah Couch called the roll and those present were: Chairman Wilson Lyles, Vice Chairman Terry Daniel, and member Glen Murray. Terry Daniel moved to approve the Reimbursement Contract for the Environmental Officer Program under the Oklahoma Solid Waste Management Act between the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and the McClain County Board of County Commissioners for the 2026–2027 fiscal year, Glen Murray seconded. Terry Daniel moved to approve the Oil and Gas Lease between White Sail Energy, LLC and the Board of County Commissioners for a royalty of 3/16ths for the mineral interest located in the NW/4 NW/4 NW/4 Section 2 T6N R3W, Glen Murray seconded. Terry Daniel moved, Glen Murray seconded to approve the contract between McClain County Health Department and Healing Hands Community Clinics for the provision of office space and clinic space at 600 N Main St, Blanchard, Oklahoma, for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
