An advertisement which was purchased and published in last week’s issue of the Newcastle Pacer listed Hunter Ellis as a child of McClain County Commissioner candidate Scott Carroll.
Ellis contacted the Newcastle Pacer to say Carroll is his biological father, however, Carroll was not the person who raised him and there was never a parent-child relationship.
