Nabholz Construction Corporation (NCC) will be opening sealed bids for construction of the NEWCASTLE HS Baseball & Softball Complex Improvements project for Newcastle Public Schools (hereafter known as “Owner”) in Newcastle, OK. Bids will be received and publicly read aloud at 2:00 P.M. on June 25th, 2026 at Newcastle Public Schools Administration Building located at 101 N. Main St., Newcastle, OK 73065.

Awards of bids will be made for each of the three (3) components of concrete, striping and Flexamat. Bids shall be submitted by separate sealed bid for EACH component bid upon, plainly labeled “Newcastle Sports Complex, Phase I” with the name of the bid component enclosed, i.e. “Concrete”, “Striping” or “Flexamat”. All subparts of the bid components for materials and installation must be itemized and totaled. Contractors bidding on more than one component must submit separate bids, clearly labeled, for each component.
Sealed bids received by 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, will be publicly opened and read aloud at said time and date, separately for each component, at Newcastle City Hall, Large Conference Room, 120 NE 2nd St., Newcastle, Oklahoma. Email or digital bid proposals will not be accepted.
Each sealed bid must include a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5.0% of the total bid, guaranteeing that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute an Agreement and furnish required bonds within the specified time. Separate bid bonds shall be provided for each component for which a bid is submitted. A non-collusion affidavit shall be submitted with each bid.
