A McClain County GOP Meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m., Monday at the Newcastle Storm Shelter 851 North Carr Drive.
Guests will include Dr. John Cox, candidate for Oklahoma State Superintendent, who wants to strengthen academics, support teachers, restore trust with parents, and improve school safety across the state.
Justin Hornback, candidate for Corporation Commissioner, will be there. He aims to increase agency transparency, improve public communication, and promote responsible energy development alongside consumer protections.
Also attending is Joe Southern, candidate for County Commissioner District 3, who says he is focusing on healthy growth of the community, safety, and resources to assist all citizens.
