GENERAL FERGUSON: Has served in multiple global operations

General Ferguson enlisted in the Oklahoma Air National Guard in 1982 and was commissioned in 1984 at the Academy of Military Science in Knoxville, Tennessee. He has served as the Assistant Adjutant General - Air, Oklahoma National Guard.
His duties included assisting the Adjutant General in the oversight of 2,500 airmen located in two wings across the state. He also supported joint activities with the Oklahoma Army National Guard to include the State Partnership Program and the State Joint Task Force.
General Ferguson’s career includes participation in numerous missions during multiple global operations to include Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He has also commanded units at the flight, squadron, group, and wing level.
