Newcastle was returned $16,392.49 in sales taxes for its Medical Marijuana sales in April 2026. Newcastle led the way among McClain County communities.
Newcastle sales also provided $16,392.47 in sales tax dollars to the State of Oklahoma and another $8,045.56 to the state’s medical marijuana program.
Purcell was returned $7,640.02 to city coffers, while contributing sales taxes of $6,250.90 to the State and $9,215.15 to MMJ. Blanchard was returned $1,584.19 to its city coffers and contributed $1,543.13 to the State and another $3,051.09 to MMJ.
