A ribbon cutting ceremony was held welcoming The Social Affair Board Company to business in Newcastle. The event was at the Newcastle Library during the Friday Morning Mingle. Cutting the ribbon are owners Megan Whitehead and Melissa Chapman. They are joined by Melissa’s husband, Derick, and son, Kaleb Chapman, Newcastle Chamber of Commerce members, library employees, and elected officials.
