The local school district honored its Site Rookie Teachers of the Year Thursday night. They are: Tabitha Bosch, Newcastle Middle School; Jessica Vo, Newcastle Elementary School; Kaylee Glass, Newcastle High School; and Noah Simmons, Newcastle Early Childhood Center.
