Northwestern Oklahoma State University recently named their Spring Commencement and graduates. They’ll hold exercise at 10:30 a.m. May 9 at Ranger Field.
Graduating from Newcastle is William C. Kates, with a Bachelor of Business Administration where he played baseball with the Rangers.
