• photo by Mark Codner A ribbon cutting was held Tuesday, April 28 at the Newcastle Library Community Room for Provision Home Care, 308 W. Main Street, Tuttle. Cutting the ribbon was Marla Merks. She was joined by her mother, Linda Krueger. Provision helps those who have a need with activities and daily living. They can provide meal prep, light house keeping, transportation, and mental accuity and social activities. Also pictured are several Newcastle Chamber of Commerce members and presenters at the April 28 monthly business meeting with its focus on Business/Home Expo.
