ELECTION OF DISTRICT DIRECTOR
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
Notice is hereby given that any person who is a registered voter and a resident of the McClain County Conservation District and has entered into or will enter into a Cooperator Agreement with the Directors of said District, may have their name placed on the official ballot of the District Director Election of said District for Position Number ONE by filing a Notification and Declaration of Candidacy with said District located at 1721 Hardcastle Blvd., Suite B, Purcell, Oklahoma 73080 between the dates of May 1 – May 14, 2026. Notification and Declaration of Candidacy forms may be obtained at the above location or on the Oklahoma Conservation Commission website. Completed forms must be returned to the above district location before close of business on the last day of the filing period. The Election will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Pioneer Library System will receive bids, electronically, by Thursday April 23rd 2026, at 10:00 am for the following: BID- Customer Experience Masterplan Update - Newcastle Public Library. For the renovation and addition to the Newcastle Public Library, 705 NW 10th St, Newcastle, OK 73065. Bids shall be made in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, Plans, and Specifications. Substitution requests: Please refer to section 01 6010 Substitution procedures and 01 6010_01 Substitution Request Form. Please submit the completed form to the parties listed above. Last day to submit a substitution request is end of business on Monday April 13th 2026.

The Pioneer Library System reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Upon completion of the bid review the Pioneer Library System will conduct final interviews before the project is awarded.
