Notice is hereby given that any person who is a registered voter and a resident of the McClain County Conservation District and has entered into or will enter into a Cooperator Agreement with the Directors of said District, may have their name placed on the official ballot of the District Director Election of said District for Position Number ONE by filing a Notification and Declaration of Candidacy with said District located at 1721 Hardcastle Blvd., Suite B, Purcell, Oklahoma 73080 between the dates of May 1 – May 14, 2026. Notification and Declaration of Candidacy forms may be obtained at the above location or on the Oklahoma Conservation Commission website. Completed forms must be returned to the above district location before close of business on the last day of the filing period. The Election will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of David McGuigan, deceased, that the Petitioner, Annalisa McGuigan, by and through her attorneys of record, Shannon E. Lane and Roberto L. Seda of Seda Law Firm, PLLC, has filed in the District Court of Canadian County a Petition for Letters of Administration, Appointment of Personal Representative, and Determination of Heirs (the “Petition”), alleging that David McGuigan, age 45, died intestate on the 20th day of December, 2025, while domiciled and residing in McClain County, State of Oklahoma, and praying that Letters of Administration be issued to Petitioner, to serve without bond, and that the identity of all heirs of the Estate of David McGuigan, deceased, be determined for purposes of filing waivers and consents as permitted by law.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court entered in the above-captioned matter, notice is hereby given that the Petition has been set for hearing before the undersigned Judge in the courtroom of the District Court, at the county courthouse in McClain County, State of Oklahoma at 9:30 a.m. on the 16 day of April, 2026, when and where all interested persons may appear and contest the same.
