McClain-Grady EMS has 54 sick calls in December

McClain-Grady County Emergency Medical Services reports 234 total calls for the month of December 2025. Of those, 106 were non-transport.

MGCEMS had an average response time of 8.24 minutes, and an average miles per patient transport of 11.39. They provided mutual aid two times. The ambulance responded to sick calls more than any other type of call. For December, they had 54. Falls were the second most responded to complaint with 36.

Types of calls were the following: Abdominal pain, 11; active labor, 1; alcohol intoxication, 2; allergic reaction, 1; altered consciousness, 7; anxiety episode, 4; assault, 4; auto accident, 25; auto pedestrian, 1; burn, 1; cardiac arrest, 8; chest pain, 15; event standby, 1; fall, 36; fire standby, 3; hypertension, 3; hypoglycemia, 1; hypotension, 1; industrial accident, 1; lift assist, 13; overdose, 4; psychiatric emergency, 3; seizure, 3; shortness of breath, 16; sick call, 54; stroke, 3; suicide attempt, 4; syncope, 5; and welfare check, 3.
