PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been filed against you in the District Court of Mcclain County, Oklahoma in an action entitled U.S. Bank National Association vs. Millacent Mcgaugh, et al., Case No. CJ-25-219, by Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association. This summons by publication is specifically directed to Millacent Mcgaugh, Terri Summerlin, Wesley McGaugh, Spouse, if any, of Terri Summerlin, and Occupant(s), if any, of the Premises, whose whereabouts and existence are unknown.
The nature of this suit against you is regarding any title or interest you may have in the following described real estate (“Property”) situated in Mcclain County, Oklahoma, specifically:
LOT ONE (1), IN BLOCK SIX (6), OF FINAL PLAT OF FOX HOLLOW PHASE 2, A PART OF THE NW/4 OF SECTION TWENTY-THREE (23), TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE FOUR (4) WEST, I.M., NEWCASTLE, MCCLAIN COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

in the amount of $239,474.58, combined with interest and all abstracting and title costs incurred by Plaintiff to enforce the Note and Mortgage; all late charges; NSF fees; escrow advances; corporate advances; taxes; insurance premiums; property preservation charges; attorney fees; and other fees and costs associated with this action.
Unless you answer the petition on or before January 30, 2026, a judgment will be entered, and your interest in the property will be foreclosed.

& Drainage Improvements
Project to include construction of concrete driveways, roadways, and sidewalks, storm sewer/roadway culverts, and stormwater detention areas.
There will be a pre-bid meeting held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 11:00 am, at Multi-Purpose Center, located at 705 NW 10th Street, Newcastle, OK 73065.
All work shall be performed, and all construction and material used and furnished shall be in accordance with the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS prepared by Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., and on file in the office of the City Clerk, located at City Hall.

A complete physical copy set of Plans and Specifications, to prospective BIDDERS, may be obtained from Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. upon receipt of non-refundable Cashier’s Check in the amount of $100.00. Please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice for physical copies.

Each BIDDER shall accompany his original BID, with a certified or Cashier’s Check on a solvent bank located in Oklahoma or a Bidder’s Bond, in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount bid, as a guarantee of his ability to perform the contract bid upon, and that he will enter into a written contract with the OWNER to perform said work and/or furnish said materials in accordance with said plans and specifications and furnish the required bonds within seven (7) days after the acceptance of his BID.

The deposit will be retained by the OWNER as, and for, liquidated damages in case the successful BIDDER fails to enter in said contract and furnish the required bonds provided for in the specifications within the time required. Deposit of the unsuccessful BIDDERS will be returned upon the execution of the Contract and required bonds.

Each BIDDER shall accompany his bid with a sworn statement in writing that the BIDDER has not directly or indirectly entered into an agreement, express of implied, with any other BIDDER or the price or amount of such BID or any BIDS, the limiting of the BIDS or BIDDERS, the paying to
anyone any money for promotion expenses, the parceling or farming out to any BIDDER or BIDDERS or other persons of any part of the contract or any part of the subject matter of the bid or of the profits thereof.

A Performance, Maintenance and Statutory Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price with a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma and approved by the OWNER and ENGINEER, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract, and the bidder shall state in the proposal the name and address of the Surety or Sureties who will sign this bond in case the contract is awarded to him. The Maintenance Bond required will guarantee the repair of all damage due to improper materials or workmanship for a period of three (3) year after the acceptance of the work by the OWNER. The Maintenance Bond shall be in the amount equal to 100% of the project costs for the first and second years, and 50% of the project costs for the third year after acceptance of the improvements.

All BIDS shall remain on file at least forty-eight (48) hours. BIDS received more than ninety-six (96) hours prior to the Bid Opening will be returned.
Contract to be awarded to low responsive responsible BIDDER. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities in the BIDDING and the right to reject any and all BIDS in accordance with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act. Conditional BIDS shall not be accepted.

NOTICE OF SALE OF BONDS

In accordance with 62 O.S. 2021, § 354, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District Number 95 of Grady County, Oklahoma, will receive bids by: sealed bid, facsimile bid, electronic (Parity®) bid or similar secure electronic bid on the 14th day of January, 2026, at 12:30 o’clock p.m., at the Administration Building, Bridge Creek Public Schools, 2209 E. Sooner Road, Blanchard, Oklahoma, for the sale of $2,510,000 of General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds of said School District, which Bonds will mature $820,000 annually in two (2) years from their date, and $1,690,000 annually each year thereafter until paid. The bids will be opened and read and shall be awarded at the first Board of Education meeting held after the bids are due.

Said Bonds shall be sold to the bidder bidding the lowest rate of interest the Bonds shall bear and agreeing to pay par and accrued interest for the Bonds.  Each bidder shall submit with his bid a sum in cash, cashier’s or certified check, electronic (wire) transfer or surety bond payable to the Treasurer of the District, equal to two (2%) percent of the amount of his bid.  The Board reserves the right to reject all bids.
