The above stated Unknown Successors of the Defendant will take notice that the Plaintiff,  TINKER FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, a Federally Chartered Credit Union, filed its Petition in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, against the above named Defendants, and said Defendants must answer said Petition on or before the 23rd day of December, 2025, or said Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against said Defendants IN REM establishing a lien as to the above named Defendants, and declaring a lien exists  on the following described real estate, to wit:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWCASTLE, OKLAHOMA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING DISTRICTS MAP OF SAID CITY, BY CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FOR THE HERE-IN-BELOW-DESCRIBED TRACT OF LAND; AUTHORIZING THE CHANGE OF SAID ZONING DISTRICT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING DISTRICTS MAP OF SAID CITY; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, the City has provided notice and conducted a public hearing upon said proposed Zoning District change, all in accordance with Oklahoma Statutes and the City’s adopted Zoning Ordinance.

Notice is hereby given that any and all personal property remaining in storage units that were owned and operated by Riverside Storage Manager LLC, located at 3100 N. Main Street, Newcastle, OK 73065, that have not been emptied and reclaimed by the tenant on or before December 5, 2025, will be deemed abandoned and be disposed of in accordance with applicable law.
This action is being taken in coordination with the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA).
