Outpost Print & Ship Center is site for Morning Mingle
A Morning Mingle at The Outpost Print & Ship Center is among planned events by the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce for November.
The Outpost Print & Ship Center is located at 550 N.E. 24th Street, Suite G. The Mingle will be from 9-10 a.m. tomorrow (Friday).
The Chamber’s Annual Banquet and Awards will be at 6 p.m. November 13 at Riverwind Casino, 1544 State Highway 9.
On Friday, November 21 the Chamber and area businesses will celebrate Pink Friday, spotlighting local businesses and shoppers having the opportunity for incentives. This day is the kickoff by the Chamber and area businesses for the holiday shopping season. The Chamber encourages everyone to shop local first.
The annual Chamber Member Appreciation Luncheon will be from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Community Room in Newcastle Library. Those wishing to attend can sign up online at newcastleok.org.
During the month of December, the Chamber plans a new offering — Merry Market Pop-Up Shops.
Chamber CEO/Executive Director Gayla Riddle said the public is invited to be part of Merry Market, what the Chamber describes as Newcastle’s new and festive igloo pop-up shop experience happening on weekends throughout December. The Merry Market will be December 5-6, December 12-13, and December 19-20.
She said local businesses will have the opportunity to rent or sponsor a beautifully decorated igloo space to advertise, connect with shoppers, and boost brand awareness in a magical winter atmosphere.
Riddle said this unique event is designed to draw families and visitors into the community, support local commerce, and create a memorable holiday tradition.
