Electrode Repairs at 1025 N. Main Street in Newcastle is a designated drop-off location for the U.S. Marine Corps’ Toys for Tots program.
The basic mission of Toys for Tots is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas.
Electrode Repairs owner Nicholas Jacob said the primary goal of Marine Toys for Tots is, through the gift of a new toy, to help bring the joy of Christmas and send a message of hope to America’s economically disadvantaged children. He said the public is encouraged to drop off a new unwrapped toy.
