The annual Styrofoam Recycling Day is from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 1 at Newcastle Library.
If you have styrofoam drink cups, meal trays, busted ice chests, packing material, with the exception of foam peanuts that are just to difficult to keep from blowing away, or any other foam items, then you will be happy to know the foam recycling operation will be at the libraries in Newcastle and Blanchard.
This is a project of the University Lutheran Church in Norman and they collect at all the Pioneer Library locations.
