There’s still time to be a hole sponsor
The annual Newcastle Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament begins with check-in and breakfast at 7 a.m. on Monday, September 29 at Earlywine Golf Course.
The tournament, presented by Pioneer, gets underway at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start, placing teams of golfers on various starting holes around the course.
Teams of four can register on the chamber’s website, newcastleok.org. Sponsorships are also sought, and information on these can also be found online.
Chamber CEO/Executive Director Gayla Riddle said this is a fun day of golf and networking for area businesses. Mulligans will be available. There also will be a 50/50 pot, a putting contest, and closest to the pin.
