Grand Opening, Ribbon Cutting for Wastewater Facility
The new Newcastle Wastewater Treatment facility is shown looking from the south to the north. The City of Newcastle is holding a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon on Friday, September 19, 2025.
