Newcastle Mayor Karl Nail provided a welcome at the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting and Morning Mingle for the new housing addition built by Rausch Coleman by Lennar. The event was held Friday morning at 1003 Newcastle Farms Drive, just off S. Main Street and south of Newcastle Fire Station 1.
