New Home Consultant Sammy Vela, of Lennar, prepares to cut the ribbon on the new housing addition, Newcastle Farms. It is located just off S. Main Street. He is joined by Mayor Karl Nail, Rausch Coleman by Lennar Division President Matt Holland, Vice President Donny Wessels, Area Construction Manager Maas Black, city dignitaries, and members of the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce. After the ribbon was cut welcoming the new addition, a Morning Mingle was held with Camés Tacos, and a television was given away in a drawing.
