Newcastle High School’s boys finished in second place among Class 5A schools, and fifth overall, and the girls finished sixth overall at the first cross country meet of the year for the Racers. They were at the Deer Creek Cross Country Meet on Saturday. They run next at Mustang High School on Friday and Saturday.
