The McClain County Democratic Party is hosting its next meeting at 6:30 p.m. on July 15 at Libby’s Cafe in Goldsby.
Organizers said, “You are cordially invited to join us and meet three very special guests.”
They have as speakers N’Kiyla “Jasmine” Thomas. She is a candidate for United States Senate.
“Join us to discuss her Senate candidacy and the work she is doing for Oklahoma,” said Sherrie McNall, vice chair of the McClain County Democrats.
Also speaking are: Shana Smith and Christian Zapata, the current and former presidents of LULAC — the League of United Latin American Citizens — to discuss their work on behalf of Oklahoma’s LatinX community and immigration initiatives.”
Libby’s Café is located at 111 N. Main Street in Goldsby. The meeting will commence at 7 p.m.
“Libby’s does serve food, and each guest is responsible for their own tab,” Mc-Nall said. “We look forward to meeting you there.”
