Too Toxic to Trash event is successful More than 100 people participated in the City of Newcastle Too Toxic To Trash event, bringing thousands of pounds of household items. They also disposed of 179 tires, and 101 pounds of medical narcotics. Assistant City Manager Jeanette McNally is pictured at the event with some of the City’s volunteers.
