Recipients of the Regina Ann Hess Memorial Scholarship for 2025 were Newcastle High School seniors Katelyn Kates, Daelyn Fulton and Lyndee Huff. They are pictured with Paula Ray-Hess, who presented each of the girls a $1,000 scholarship in memory of Regina Hess, a 1996 NHS graduate.
