Newcastle Center seeks game players

Newcastle Senior Center invites the public to play games at their facility, 504 OK-130 in Newcastle.

Don’t sit home and be bored,” a spokesperson said.

Come to the senior center and play games such as Mexican Train dominoes from 9-11 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays; Canasta (Hand and Foot) from 12:303:30 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays; and Bridge, which is being organized, and the center needs players.

The spokesperson said there are lots of things to do at the senior center including crafts, Bingo and music. Lunch starts at 11:15 a.m. and is considered one of the best bargains in Newcastle. Cost is a suggested $5 donation.

The spokesperson said you can come for lunch, for the fun and fellowship or for both.
