This prestigious scholarship, presented by the Oklahoma CareerTech Foundation, supports adult students who are Oklahoma residents enrolled in programs at CareerTech technology centers. Recipients are selected based on their dedication to their studies and academics.
The scholarship honors Otha H. Grimes, a respected leader in agriculture, oil and gas production, and civic engagement.
A long-time member of the Oklahoma Foundation for Career and Technology Education Board of Directors, Grimes was passionate about supporting education and has made lasting contributions through scholarship programs across the state.
