Newcastle Softball has a camp planned for May 27-29 at the high school softball field for student athletes in the first through sixth grades.
The camp, which costs $60, not only provides skills lessons for your student athlete, but also provides funds for the Racer Fastpitch softball program.
Organizers said, “This is a big fundraiser for softball and all proceeds go directly to helping the girls for the 2025-26 season, so bring your whole team.”
The camp is from 8:30 - 11 a.m. each of the three days at the high school field across from Newcastle Library. Organizers said if you have two or more girls in your immediate family, the cost is only $50 per person. To register, you can scan the provided QR code and pay by May 15 to be guaranteed a camp shirt.
