Candidate filing for four Newcastle City Council seats began at 8 a.m. on Monday February 3 and continues through 5 p.m. Wednesday, February 5 at McClain County Election Board.
Because of print deadlines for the Newcastle Pacer, we are only able to print the names of those who filed through noon on Tuesday.
At this time, the following have filed: Council member Ward No. 1 unexpired term: Todd D. D’Amico Council member Ward No. 3: Mike Fullerton and Jon Malcolm Council member At Large: Gene C. Reid Incumbents Kimberly Sutton (Ward 1) and Mayor Karl Nail (Ward 4) had not filed as of the Pacer print deadline.
