Woodland Hills Baptist Church at 313 South Hwy. 76 in Newcastle will be hosting the start of its GriefShare sessions.
The Grief Share Team said, “We will start with “Loss of a Spouse.”
This is a one day event and will be from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, February 1 in the Student Center. The team said this will help you with many areas such as: Going Through Grief, Dealing with Anxiety & Loneliness, and Moving Forward.
The following week, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 6, they start their 13 week “GriefShare” sessions.
This is a video seminar, workbook and support group setting. Each session is self-contained and some of the topics are: Is This Normal, Why?, Guilt and Anger, Stuck, and more.
