Rabon graduates UCO

The University of Central Oklahoma recently announced Fall 2023 Commencement Ceremonies December 15-16.

Among the graduates was Newcastle resident Diseree’ Desha Nicole Rabon. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
